Nikki's experience in group travel and event planning includes marketing, sales, special event production, public relations and promotional responsibilities in the airline industry, followed by six years as an independent marketing and events professional. Establishing WORLD CLASS Travel by Invitation in 1991, she has overseen the creation of all client programs with a fierce commitment to quality, creativity and guest enrichment. When she isn't entertaining clients and guests in wonderful destinations around the world, she entertains friends and family at home!
Ben Cherski - CFO & Partner

With an engineering and marketing background in the energy industry, Ben serves as Partner and CFO, providing essential expertise in company financials, information systems and supplier/client relationships. Ben is our resident WORLD CLASS "golf pro".

Barbara has been responsible for operational details of all programs WORLD CLASS since 1994. With past experience in travel and special events management, marketing and accounting, Barbara's unfailing attention to detail and close personal client/supplier relationships result in picture-perfect group operations. Barbara enjoys traveling the world, making lifetime friends wherever she goes; at home, she enjoys entertaining family and friends.

Bridget has had 13+ years of creating and operating "world-class events"! Her keen interest in literature, art, music, movies, poetry and wines are balanced by her magna cum laude degree from the University of San Diego. Bridget stays busy traveling the world on behalf of our clients. When at home, she appreciates time spent with her husband, family and friends.
Megan Burke - Director of Operations

With prior experience in the meetings industry, Megan is an all-utility player skilled in budgeting, venue & destination selection, proposals and program operations. With a B.A in Sociology and a Masters in Business Management, Megan provides critical support in the creation and operation of client programs. She is an ardent athlete who takes great pride in her family - husband, daughter and son.
Geraldine Gatehouse - Program Director

Geraldine joined the incentive travel business in 1992 - quite by chance - and has been involved in it ever since. She has an extensive background in all facets of program creation and development, purchasing, on-site management and operations. Born in England and fluent in French, Geraldine specializes in the European markets and a passionate believer in the value of corporate social responsibility event.
